Hard to believe we’re closing out the year. I had a dentist appointment today for a cleaning I had put it off because of my diagnosis logically thinking that clean teeth was among the last things I needed to worry about, but as my optimism grows, so does my need for normalcy. Hans and I don’t carry a separate dental insurance plan but the dental office offers one which I will renew in January. That’s how you know you’re optimistic… When you sign up for a years’ worth of services!   

I felt much stronger today. No need for pain meds and I actually was able to pedal my trike all the way to and back from Emerson point with Krista and Jake riding on their bikes.
