Hans and I slept late this morning and he woke to Zach & Caro making breakfast for us all. Zach used chocolate chips and a little Nutella is the waffles and mushrooms and cheese in the scrambled 🍳. Needless to say, we are really enjoying their visit.
Meanwhile, poor Jake and Krista are stuck at the San Diego airport. Their plane had mechanical difficulties so their flight was cancelled 😡.
I read some interesting articles today. One was an OP by a Rabbi. I liked his description of Hanukkah. He wrote: The true gift of Hanukkah is the light of the human soul that God has planned with us, and to kindle and nourish that light by sharing joy and happiness with others. Good advice for everyone!
The other article was about pain relief, and how many people are using Yoga, Acupuncture and chiropractors instead of opioids. I’m thinking about returning to acupuncture for my osteoporosis. I think that is why I’m getting so much back,hip and butt pain.
