I was feeling stronger than a few days ago, so I was delighted to drive to Bishop to pick up two more kittens 🙂 male and female about four weeks old.   Baxter met the new kittens with his usual enthusiasm and they both seemed nonplussed. 

In the afternoon, Hans and I took Annelise and the girls to a nice lunch at Peaches. Hans wisely drove separately so he could avoid the shopping at TJ Maxx that followed.  Annelise and I had fun buying girlie outfits and baby dolls for Autumn and Scarlett.  Autumn loves the tutus 😍

On the way home, we talked about my wish that she develop a stronger relationship with her Dad. She really wants to and I explained how much he’ll need support if/when I am not here. 

I think I overdid it today so by 5 o’clock I’ve changed into my pajamas and embraced my heating pad and comfy bed. The chocolate chip cheesecake that I was going to make will have to wait for another occasion. Judith is bringing apple pie à la mode to Thanksgiving dinner, so I think the sugar portion of the meal will be covered 🙂
