Home sweet home😍 the flight home from Reagan National was smooth and short. When we arrived home, Lillianna and Russell, our house/dog sitters were still here with their three dogs. They have two Chihuahuas, Princess and Luna, and recently got another named Keto who is a dachshund Chihuahua mix. Roxy and  Baxter were delighted to see us and Russell was happy to report that the five dogs were getting along very well. The day we left for DC there was a tropical storm. Between the rain, the wind, new people and new dogs, Baxter was slightly freaked out. He would only come out to pee and poo and run back inside. By the second day he was a little braver, and by the time we came home, everyone was playing together nicely. 

Hans is now happily watching Formula One while I catch up on my wall street journal puzzles and laundry. I’m going to try to really enjoy feeling good today and tomorrow because Tuesday starts chemo …every time I think about it I get upset, so I’m really trying not to think about it 🙂
